It so happens that W just sent me an e-mail on how to find an M counselor for her (to satisfy her family). I may be pressuring, but I sent her Michele's article on choosing a therapist. However, I also said that if she's not interested in this route, she should still be comfortable with whoever she chooses and that she should not be cheap with her well-being, i.e., don't ignore a good C if they are not on our health plan. That maybe another gamble, depending upon who she chooses. But so be it.
