Yeah, I'm planning to take my S11 to see visit parents out of state for Spring Break. Since she filed, there is an ATRO that bars me from taking him, even though we agreed to do this six months ago. My L put it into my temporary settlement proposal, but she is bickering over whether $10K of her legal fees needs to come from my separate assets or the community assets (she can't pay for it since she makes that much in a whole year!) Don't even go into how screwed up that part of the law is, that I have to pay for her stupid L's lame antics to generate fees! She better not use it as leverage or I'm gonna go nuclear!
