Your believing that your MIL is part of the reason for this madness may be true. I know it is 100% my MIL's fault. she lacked at being a nurturing parent and it did affect her children in adulthood. My STBXW didn't have a chance.

Sad thing is still today those MIL's don't take responsibility of their past actions. Mine told me she did what needed to be done at the time and no regrets, it made her a stronger woman.She also said that my STBXW has to go through this to make her a stronger person. My family torn apart is just a side effect and we will adapt. WOW

I think all LBS want to have our MLC'r back. Either for closure because the way we were dumped and treated is so unreal many of us are still in a fog ourselves of disbelief. You seem to be out of yours too. Life is not over for us in a way it is just beginning. I look forward to reading your future posts.
