Need practical ideas to aid my 180/Last Resort.WAW

Well made some big mistakes today. I'm sure I broke 38 or the 37 rules.

It was the first time we had talked in weeks about anything more than superficial stuff.

Started out with some big mix ups on schedule. She was hiding information, I was making plans without knowing her info then it turned into a mess. The we tried doing some planning for Easter. That blew up too. Half way through I started chasing. When I got the message that I hurt her for too many years, I did many unforgivable things and she will never give me the opportunity to do that again. Then she announced that she will probably move out in June when school is over.

I guess I'm back to square negative.

She has gone back to hiding. We did not resolve how to implement our chores and taking care of the kids in the In House Separation. We will need to deal with that again.

I did try and listen and validate. There were a few times that I saw her head nodding.

I'm feeling bad and don't know what to do next.
