Thornton's right. I bet H isn't as happy as you think. There was an evening when I saw W out with our mutual friends, laughing and having a good time. My heart sank a little, then I realized, wait, I'm out with friends, and I'm laughing and (pretending I'm) having a good time, too! Two days later she appeared at my office like a sad puppy telling me how much she misses me. Looks can be deceiving.
