On the legal front, WW agreed by email to my proposed 2-2-3 custody schedule. This way we will both get to spend overnights with DS every week.

However, it appears her attorneys are trying to file something today or tomorrow with the court for support. They are not working with my attorney at all, it seems like they want to run to the court for everything. Is this normal? I thought usually we work out a separation agreement before all that is done, then take it to the court to get blessed?

WW is still living at home, we are cordial but it is tense. We have not verbally discussed anything about M or R since last week about mediation. It seems like she won't move out until the support schedule is finalized...?

DS has a Talent Show performance doing taekwondo tonight, we will be going together and probably go out to dinner afterwards.
