So my wife just left to go to the gym. She took a shower before leaving, she was tanning and said she "sweated a lot" Brushed her teeth too I'm sure. I don't want to check because it will drive me crazy. She is only able to go because I am here. I live in the same house and so I watch the kids. I am good for that but not for much else. I ordered the book by the way, should get it on Thursday.
