Everyone makes mistakes. I hope there was no ultimatum or final decisions made because you can start over again tomorrow. Have you read all the homework, Sandi's rules? Have you purchased the DR book? I think it would be helpful to make sure you have read all of that, figure out your 180's and goals, and start detaching.
