BTW, I'm glad things went well w/the list. I think your son will step up to the plate and help you out...but if he gets criticized for the way he does things, he may very well stop, i.e., his father and granny dearest need to validate, not criticize.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
