Sotto, I am going to recommend something that I discovered on one of my trips to your country many years ago and it's called "Fisherman's Friend". They are excellent for a sore throat, but you'll need to get use to the taste of them. I recommended them over any other throat lozenge out there.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
