Off to get my boys for a week! Excited and nervous at the same time as I have never looked after them alone for that long. I know we will be good though.
Also W had never been away from them that long and this will be the longest since she. Left. This may shake her up a bit or not. Doesn't matter at this point. She did express concern about it a while ago. Guess what. Choices lady.

Made it back home with my little guys. Man S3 will talk your ear off! He chatted with me the entire 1 1/2 drive. S1 slept which is fine.
W looked nice. Made me glad I cleaned up after work instead of just going. She had her car and I said oh you got your car that's good. And listened and laughed and validated while she told me about what all had to be fixed etc. what I did notice which is something I over looked before is her language. She was always very colourful with her language and I was too. I still am especially at work. ( mechanic shop with a bunch of similar aged guys). Tonight tho it almost seemed like it's worse. I don't mind swearing at all. She seemed to over do it or I never noticed how bad it was. She even swears In texts. It's getting a bit much for me.
So now I have a week with these 2 yahoos. I decided S3 and I will get S1 walking this week. He wants to just won't take the big step. And next Friday I will have all 4 again for my bday Saturday. Pretty excited about that too.

Hey everyone. Looking for advice/ different take on this.
D12 had dance exams this am. I couldn't make it due to distance, time and finances. XXW sent me some pics of her all dressed up and I am wondering if I should send them to WW. These dance exams were something W looked forward to. The dance was W idea as she did it as well when she was younger. Part of me wants her to see D12 all done up because she did care. However she has totally cut the older 2 out of her life and another part of me wants her to see what she left.
Do I leave it alone and send pics of she happens to ask? I did send pics to her mom and sister as they do still care about the kids. Though I haven't talked to either in awhile. They responded very positively and that they love them.
Just not sure if I should bother showing W D12 pics

I think it's a bit of both. I think she may appreciate it. And I want her to see what she is missing. So I think it's best to leave it unless she asks.
Besides. Me and S3 are busy. We made peanut butter and smartie cookies and chocolate fudge today. He is a great helper. S1 is kind of cranky today so he has been sleeping most of the morning.
