Planning on having a hair cut as its about time, I have always left it too long before and it getting out of control. Having been keeping myself liking better and feel better as a result.

Would I wish her a good weekend as I leave as a last thing to say?

How about just saying goodbye? Or have a good one? I would just make sure to act confident and "as if". Don't be overly friendly.

On a lighter note, when people tell me "you have a good one" I comment back. Yes. Yes I do.

So today, picked up kids and kept the interaction short but polite. Has been good having them back home and spending the day with them. Received a text message from W in the afternoon to tell me that S7 had complained of the ear ache the night before. Something that I'm sure he could have told me today if it was the same.

Still working on the detaching emotionally but felt I handled the first interaction fine.

Sounds like you are sticking to the DB plan you set. That's great - keep it up. Enjoy your time with your kids!

So today, found some more craziness. W is telling her friends and family that don't live near us that I am scary and scaring people I talk too. Then she tells the friends that are near us and know more of what is happening that she is not scared of me at all..

Looking at taking myself more off her grid of knowledge this week.

I would concur with this. Were you able to find out more about OM?

Nothing specific, she doesn't mention him to anyone. He was at her place when she moved her stuff out of the house according to our friend that helped her. I think he is potentially driving this 'scared of me' crap. He said because I tried to punch him when i went to his place and found her there. If i would have 'tried' i would have succeeded, lets put it that way.

She has thrown at me in anger that she is attracted to him and him to her but sometimes I feel he has got himself into something he didn't expect, but has also said he is just a good friend. Anyway, as has been said, he is not really the major problem, she is. Her thoughts and feelings etc. However, hers are very mixed up, even me going to the gym is being twisted into me looking healthier but scarier.... I am only doing cardio, no weights at all.

She is not ready to face her own responsiblilities yet so I'm still the target. She told one friend that she wasn't having an affair but as I really don't have much trust in anything she says...
