This morning I watched a guy in a wheelchair workout. He did pull ups with his chair attached and pressed weights over his head from his chair. I don't think I've ever done a warm up run with more gratitude in my heart for my own two legs. Actually I hate running, despise it. But this morning I ran with glee.

Actually just had a short but pleasant (more like earlier in the week) with XF. I had texted her with a few questions concerning S4 schedule this week. She called and was very nice and talkative. Took advantage of the moment and cut the conversation off as soon as it strayed from what needed discussed. It hurt but felt good at the same time. Gotta keep it simple for now

Hmmm today I prolly set myself back a few months time. XF said pretty much, not necessarily in these words but to sum it up that she needs time to work on herself. Same thing I heard when she left. It was a swift kick in the nuts. I told her last time she wanted to work on herself, she ended up doing that in somebody else's bed. Not the best thing to say but it is the truth.
She continued to say that she doesn't know where she will be a few months or a year from now. I responded that I've been through enough hurt, enough of a rollercoaster ride and I doubt I will be here when she opens her eyes.
Not how I expected the conversation to go when she started it, but hey... Does anything in life go as planned?
Me and S4 are my only focus at this point. I need nothing more in life but him!

Honestly thorn, for the most part she did all the talking. I listened, agreed where appropriate and disagreed where it wasn't. Which, gone way she was talking I disagreed with very little. It is almost as if she read my mind on different things that would have to happen and be worked out. She started acting on a few of the larger things immediately... I just don't get it. She must be a very confused soul?
