Try???

Sorry if this seems hard lined...when i hear that, i get a sense that the person saying try is just setting themselves up for crash and burn.

This is where goals and baby steps come in to play. Start your goals for being a better man small and work your way up from there. You are never going to get to twhere you want to go without a plan. It may not be completely flushed out to start, but certainly setting up initial waypoint and course of action is a great place to start.

It goes back to what it is you want to do. Set goals for how many times you are going to go to the gym. How many minutes you are going to spend reading. Goals for what chores are going to be completed when. Dowsnt matter right now...just stsrt moving for what you want. Sometimes when we start it is so overwhelming. I understand that, i really do.

You want to know my first goal...i was going to make sure my pajamas were folded up and put back everyday before i took my shower. Stupid as it sounds, it was a manageable goal that is now part of my morning routine Every single day. It built from that small manageable thing to start my day off on the right foot.

It was a way to set myself up for victory over something thst i used to be bugged by, leaving clothes on the floor.

I know you can do this...not just try but DO it, ok???
