Careful not to jump to any conclusions yet. She may have sent him that letter and it have nothing to do with you. Maybe she just realized he wasn't the one of several othet motivations/reasons. While it could be a positive sign shes reconsidering it doesn't guarantee it.
I really hope it is her rethinking, just be prepared for anything.
