Rouky I am on the rebound thanks to you. I think that I would be dead without you. Your energy and prayers have healed me. Just feeling better and seeing you in a better place has lifted me out of the darkness and I feel for the first time in a while like I will be fine. Thanks for the encouragement on the workout. I feel however that I am going to be better in the end than I was before the cancer. I am working as hard as I know how and it is starting to pay off. I think that I will have some nice biceps and pectorals by the time we meet! Bonsoir Rouky!
