Of course I have behaved Rouky! Just the thought of you keeps me on the straight and narrow. I have been doing a little GAL though. Hanging out with friends a little more and hitting the gym nearly every day. I am feeling very good physically these days. Stamina is not quite where I would like it to be but I am now very confident that it will come. Glad that you made it home safely and it brings me such joy to see your name here. I hope that you are always in my life but in happier circumstances!
