I was hoping that the moderators had the ability to send private messages on here even though we can't and that maybe I could get this person some help that way. If there's just not way to do that, then I guess I will have to think of something else. I do appreciate you answering my bat call though!
The moderators do not have any private messaging ability. You can notify on a post and it will send a message to all moderators. However we have no ability to answer other than in a post.
