So we shot three rabbits. It was an absolutely gorgeous day with warm sunshine and only a light breeze. We had four beagles and they are so fun to watch and to listen to. They work their little tails off chasing those rabbits and funny enough they don't seem to care that you have shot one. They just take off on another trail! I hunted with a couple of very good friends and it was great to be with them and to be out of the house and out in nature. We saw plenty of other animals and smelled the fresh air of the countryside.

Rouky you must tell me how to prepare the rabbits as I am sure that you have some wonderful way of cooking them. All I ever do is make a stew from them. I cook them in a crock-pot until the meat falls off of the bones and then scoop all the bones out. Then I pour in a couple of cans of mixed vegetables. As simple as it sounds it is really quite good.

Now I am off to hang out with my sisters and maybe hit a bar or two. We will be safe as I don't drink anything when we go out like that. I hope that everyone is having a great weekend and finding a reason to smile!
