Hi Mu. I don't believe you were rubbing my nose in it...it's why I stayed in limbo with him for the last 16 months. It was best for my s. Now I just try to help him realize that whatever happens, he is loved and will be okay.
I hate that we tried so hard to have a child, and now that we have this amazing little child, H isn't happy in life.

I use calcium chloride on my front stoop. It works very fast and does not damage anything. I hope you did not injurer yourself. It must be difficult having to do everything yourself now. If you have any questions feel free to ask, although you probably need a hand more then advice. Peace
Hi Fo! Thanks for stopping by. I'm one big bruise today, but it gave my S a reason to stick bandaids all over me and play the part of a doctor for the night. He even decided I needed surgery. :P
Mu, I use a dog safe product...is calcium chloride safe for pets?
It's definitely interesting finding the things that he did and then finding out how to do them. I wouldn't say it's difficult, but empowering in some ways. We pretty much split the work, but the maintenance stuff was done by him and heavy stuff. My S said one day, while watching me change the water filter, that D needs to learn how to do your jobs and you need to learn D's jobs. I agreed.
Nice to hear that he's having to learn the things that I've been doing too.
Have a great weekend, E
