Look, NYG...you've got to stop running to W every time she walks by your office and your eyes lock (or whatever). Next time it happens, DO NOT react...do not run outside to see her, do not text her, do not send smoke signals....

When you two do lock eyes the next time for a W sighting, then you turn around and get back to your workstation. Let your W stare at your back head. Be less available. In fact, I am now faced with the same exact thing with one of the three women that I like and one is acting like a really badass who is acting like she isn't giving me the time of the day. It's driving me batty!!! I swear that this hot girl is DBing me..not the other way around. Ha. [I'm not kidding about the "hot girl" because comments have run the gamut of "you're really hot!", "you should be a model", etc on some certain social media. That's all I am going to say here.
