Pink, I am so happy that you came back today and posted an update. I'm very proud of you! You looked within and now are very much aware of the things that you can chance and those you can't. It takes a lot of time and patience to travel this path, but you will get to the end when you are ready...just remember...slow and steady will get you there. Don't beat yourself up if you aren't there by a certain time. Do not compare yourself to others because we are all unique and do things in our own time. Slow and steady is all I can say to you today.
Your interactions w/your h would excellent. Yes, he will temperature check you quite often. The calmer you are, the better it will be not only for you, but also when you interact w/him.
