I read something many years ago, when I was attempting to win back a boy. It went something like " why do we become concerned when an ex comes back into our partners life...the answer is simply that we worry about the reconnection and the reattraction that can happen through contact and close proximity, we worry that love and attraction are not ever forgotten and can be re-ignited"

Then why, oh why can't I attract H now? She lives 5 hrs away and I am HERE in the same town less than a mile away from him. I must have lost my touch because he avoids me like the plague.
