You're right Sandi. It has been very very difficult. And there is no definite end in site. I agreed to allow her to stay until 7 days past the closing of my HELOC which I'll use to pay her her equity. Well the first bank failed to close. They said they would close by Dec 30th. The 2nd bank is working on it but when I refi'd the house last month in order to remove her from the loan and deed the 1st mortgage company didn't send in the lien release until Jan 20th and THEY MAILED IT!!!!! Who knows when it will arrive. The HELOC can't close until the county receives and processes this lien release.

Ugh! I can't help but believe God is using this trial to strengthen me. I'm not sure why He is creating an environment that is keeping us both in the house but I do know it is for His purpose and plan because it is definitely not mine or the path I would choose on my own.
