How is everyone else going with their fitness plans? Hopefully, everyone s still motivated. It is almost the end of January and that is typically when the fitness resolutions tend to lose stream.
I am still exercising regularly and I am feeling stronger, healthier and fitter each week. I have managed to workout at least 5 days a week now for the past five weeks. Our bootcamp coach has really amped up the intensity of the workouts, so it has been torturous but good.
My efforts must be paying off, because today at the gym a woman who is a trainer there and who I have never spoken with before, came up to me when I was working out and said I was looking amazing and must working really hard. I was blown away. It is always nice when others take notice, especially a trainer!!
Stay motivated!!

I'm still motivated and doing my usual core stuff. Going to do a dvd tonight cause I'm snowed in. Had to take cardio break last week cause kids off and then sick. Cardio will resume when I am no longer snowed in and kids are in school. Ugh. Shoveling was not the type of exercises I was looking for. Hopefully no delayed openings Monday.

Two personal training sesssions for me this week V , and a couple of walks. I am however the walking wounded with very sore muscles. Zimmerframe anyone!

I just shoveled snow for almost 90 minutes. This is way beyond my fitness level and I am going to be very very sore. I almost stopped halfway through but then a neighbor came by to help me and I couldn't pass up the help! Another hour or so and I might be able to get my car up the driveway and to the street. But as the street has not been plowed I can't get out anyway. School has already been cancelled for Mon and Tues.
