How is everyone else going with their fitness plans? Hopefully, everyone s still motivated. It is almost the end of January and that is typically when the fitness resolutions tend to lose stream.
I am still exercising regularly and I am feeling stronger, healthier and fitter each week. I have managed to workout at least 5 days a week now for the past five weeks. Our bootcamp coach has really amped up the intensity of the workouts, so it has been torturous but good.
My efforts must be paying off, because today at the gym a woman who is a trainer there and who I have never spoken with before, came up to me when I was working out and said I was looking amazing and must working really hard. I was blown away. It is always nice when others take notice, especially a trainer!!
