Ugh...you have got to be kidding. I mean, I know I have said in the past about how forgiving him for the A is a necessary step to moving on...and it is...but there is NO WAY you can forgive him when he continues to do the kinds of things he is doing. He needs to pick a lane. Either he wants to be with you and is willing to do what it takes, or else leave you alone so you can heal without him.

I know how much the "find someone else" line must hurt. Like everyone says around here...believe nothing he says and only half of what you see. It's clear he still loves you in his own messed up way. It's just a tactic like everything else.
