Just got back from class, first day, all talk no action. We will spend 4 weeks on vertical stick up and down and overhead stick. After that sometime on MIG. Then we go to TIG. That's what I want to learn. I happy to learn the stick, we're using the 7018 rod now but I don't think I'll use stick that much with my interests. I'll be doing MIG, TIG and torch work. All the TIG work will be Aluminum or Steel. We start working Thursday, class is two nights a week through the middle of May.
