I only reached out to one buddy. He was out on a date. I fell asleep on the couch watching football. Then went to bed at 830 and fell asleep watching football again.

I was trying to be careful with what I did last night. In the past I've had a tendency to over drink to cope and wanted to be sure I didn't end up at the bar.
