I have just caught up with you story. In my opinion WS don't file because it is too expensive or they are expecting us to do it as they don't want to take the responsibility to definitively breaking up their family. Personally I think it's coward of them. I know it's hard and I don't have a magic solution but look after yourself. Put your yourself first, go out with your friends when you don't have your daughter!
