What's up mu!

Me and S are going to build a grow shelf also. He loves gardening. We haven't been very successful yet but getting better each year. I think my tomatoes last year only cost me about $18.00 a pound : /

Mu, that sounds like a great project. I missed my garden last year. I planted it, got it started and then had to move out. Gardening is great. Sense of accomplishment. Relaxing. Tasty!

Let me know how that turns out. I am going to go talk to a man about a Cummins...

This season I'll get the box completed. Next year I want to test out hydroponics. The ultrasonic fogger setups are also cool. I'll try both small scale and see what I like better. I would like to get in aquaponics with fish and plants. Right now I will finish the box. I'll keep you updated.

Well, one year I bought lots of tomato grow bags.

I watered them and fed them. No tomatoes.

I didn't understand you had to put plants in them. I thought they were ready seeded.

Hahahaha. V, I'm sorry but that made me laugh.

Mu, I envy you your creative side. I always wanted a little country house where I could grow my own organic veggies.

I'm glad you're feeling better.

V, I am literally laughing out loud. You are awesome.

Mu- what are you going to grow? I gave up on veggies because the chipmunks and squirrels were stealing everything from me, so I switched to flowers that attract butterflies. I guess its not too soon to start planning for the spring!

Mu, plead the 5th. Don't let them know what you are growing! Lol. I think it's a great idea to start your garden from seeds. It makes spring come a little earlier... at least in the garage!

The guy with the diesel ranger wasn't there today... I will look again tomorrow. I haven't forgotten!

LOL, V!! And I bought one of those too...still in the box two years later.

Mu, I've always wanted to grow vegetables...I just kill them.

Have fun!

V, ha, I would have liked to seen your face the moment you figured it out.

Gmum, that's what I am going do. Build a house in the mountains with stream and a pond grow vegetables, make art, dance to the music and love my woman.

Fo, I want to grow dwarf versions of these veggies all year round in grow box. Basil, Chives, Rosemary, Dill, Parsley, Coriander(cilantro), Mint-Peppermint, Mint-Lemon Balm, Tomato-Grape. I want to start a lot of perennial flowers. I want to fill my side yard around my cherry tree and around my patio with obscene amounts of flowers.

Dday, I'm doing it downstairs in the family room. 65-70 degrees and about 20 hours of light each day. I'll start the seed about second half of February, latest March 1st.

Elly, vegetables are easy compared to children, love is all you need.
