Its going to be hard to adjust to an empty house. I found putting away all those things that reminded me of her away in a cupboard. I stopped reading and looking at all the cards and photos i kept as it would start me crying again remembering all the good stuff. I also decluttered my stuff, got rid of all those all clothes that didnt fit,books i dont read anymore. I felt less stressed walking into a clean and tidy house.
At the moment it just needs to be about you and your wellbeing. Take care Brad
