I've lived through it too. I had to help my W pack the moving truck since everyone else flaked on her. She called me her champion, and then drove away forever.
Thats what happened to me. No one else turned up and all had excuses. After i returned the truck she was telling me she could always count on me to have her back

Oh yea, was a glorious day. The beauty of this site and seeing BD dates and hearing stories is you realize how often the worst day of your life is also someone else's. It helps a bit.
I'm sorry you went through it to. We're both going to be champions and back havers to someone else, someone who will appreciate who they've got.
