Thank you all. I will talk more later when I have the time, but I am logging on here to get the strength. I have followed advice and have a full day of GAL. I would prefer to crawl into bed for the day...but that leads no where. You are all correct. This is the beginning of a new chapter for me. It wasn't the one I wanted, but it is mine. Onto the new E.
Tonight E, you will have survived the day after your H left. Tomorrow you will have survived the day after the day after your H left. Next week you'll be that much further.
IT DOES GET BETTER. It really does. And you know what? Some day are meant for staying in bed feeling like hell. It's ok to do that. Your healing is your healing.
