I'm in no contact to protect my feelings and to focus on my well being I don't want to go back to the rollercoaster anymore I've decided she left for her reasons and the marriage history has been rewritten to suit and that if she wants out I'm not going to fight it. I'm learning to set appropriate boundaries and if we are to R they will be on the table.
