Now this is a thread I can get behind! I love exercise... it is a drug and my main coping mechanism. I worked out hard before we got together. Then we worked out together, still good, but not my ideal workout.. now it is back to hitting it hard. I am trying to gain weight. I have gained 10 lbs so far sine BD with another 5 to go. Maybe I'll get into personal training at some point.. who knows.
The thing I want to try is yoga. Being a male, I admit I am intimidated by it a bit. Not quite sure how to ease into it. I certainly do not want to go to a class and be the only male.
Habit is the key Julie! Us dumb humans stick to habits. Once you pick it up, it is hard to stop. I see the same people at the gym every night and a different set on weekends.
