I am making an exercise plan. Thinking: continue with my 3 mile daily walk (trying to come up with a backup plan for cold days) and add some running to it so that it is a combination walk/run.
Then add yoga 3-4 x per week, I have the DVD's just not the motivation but I always feel better after I do it. I will focus on correct technique for core exercises.
As far as nutrition, I need to reduce my processed carbs. I eat pretty well but could improve. Maybe I will try paleo, even if I do it 80% of the time. I am in a weekly dinner group and go to lunch with friends once a week or so, and want to be able to eat what everyone else is eating when I go out, but if I could do paleo at home that would help me clean up my diet. I am pretty close, just really need a better breakfast and snacks. Is hummus paleo?
