I am in! I want to lose 5 or 6 lbs but mostly just firm up. My belly is way too soft and I am very weak. Was thinking of starting couch to 5k - shouldn't be too hard as I walk most mornings for 3 miles already. But it got really cold out this week and I hate the cold. Does walking/jogging "in place" count? I have poor tolerance to cold weather, maybe I should just invest in a treadmill. But then I have no place to put it.

For Jpeg, if she is here, I LOVE hot yoga, I used to do hot vinyasa. I have a CD called PiYo that I do at home (or rather I should do at home) that is really good.
