I know there is a philosophy out there of being able to exercise without using carbs- sugars fat adapted rather than a sugar burner. I am thinking about building up to do a long distance cycling event, but I don't want to do it on gels and drinks, or other sugars/carbs. I want to stay Paelo to do it. Any suggestions.

Would it also work for prep for a kettle bell class twice per week?
