Pig pen, accountability buddy is great idea for staying consistent. Especially when weather makes it harder. Consistency is the hardest thing so was gonna use thread to help with accountability.

Ancaire: I believe for fat burning any form of exercise that gets your heart rate up to 60 to 70 percent of max heart rate is necessary 30 min a day. ( But I know you would have to discuss with cardiologist). I love dancing too! I like postural and core stabilization exercises best, and find them easy to incorporate throughout day.

Personally, I need to improve cardio endurance and would like to build muscle tone. In my older age I prefer exercises that are gentler on my body (yoga, pilates) then I did when I was a lot younger. But my problem is i don't challenge myself enough. My goals is gonna be to get 4 days of 30 min cardio for the next week plus my usual core stuff.
