I'm happy to throw ideas or answer questions in here any time I can for you all. This is what I've done for almost a decade for work - and done so quite successfully.

There is a TON that can be accomplished without equipment or with minimal equipment. Getting in shape and losing weight aren't always the same thing and can be approached separately or together.

Shape happens with training, weight loss happens in the kitchen and outside of training.

This thread is a great idea, but nothing is more important than an accountability buddy. Find someone here or in your life that will absolutely hold you accountable to being consistent and sticking to a realistic plan.

I'm extraordinarily motivated and literally worked in a gym for years and I still had a training partner that would give me a hard time on the days when I wanted to skip working out for any reason.
