Rain, been hearing about good results with this container diet. I don't know why the hell I never thought to market something like that. So simple!
In the past I used the same mind set to eliminate sugar and carbs as I did to stop pursuing my husband. I told myself 3-5 days to break the sugar addiction. Take it day by day and get through it week by week. I ended up feeling sick if I ate a dessert because it was too sweet and inreally developed a great appreciation for the healthy fats. I couldn't wait to eat my tb spoon of peanut butter and hummus. It was great but I became a bit too intense. I would feel guilty about eating fruit or God forbid using ketchup!
I do find the complete elimination of bad foods works better for me then only allowing myself 1 cookie.
