Hi everyone

I know someone started a running thread a while back, but would you guys like to start a regular exercise thread to help motivate us this new year?

I have to admit, I hate reading up on Facebook about all the people that ran the marathon and competed in iron mans while I went shopping or did my 15 min yoga tape, (don't you just love the word schadenfreude? smile ) but I know I would feel different about all your successes!

Not sure how to organize it though.

My goals are basically to increase my cardio endurance (have to wait till my cold goes away) and get more muscular and maintain my weight loss. I noticed since being less miserable, I gained 4 lbs back over the holiday. I squeeze in some exercise at work, but now that it's super cold I really have to join gym and get more intense. This gives me a lot of confidence so I just have to do it.
