I plan on stopping D. I will do this after the first. She can file if she wants to.I thought about it and the D needs to be on her. Not me. .........But the other day while we were gone she stopped at the house and tried to get in. I had changed the locks. Her key was in the house. This upset her as she thought it was done purposely. It was not. We had talked about changing the door knobs to a stainless look. So I did another project.
I am not a lawyer, but I would urge you that even though you are (or have) stopped the D proceedings: Have your attorney prepare and execute a separation agreement.
