I am glad you liked it! Did you see the great blue herons? Its a great place to take your dog. My walk was 3 miles through our busy suburban neighborhood, not as pretty as the gorge but with a friend helping me brainstorm teen discipline issues. Did you wave to my sis? LOL.
I did see a solitary heron fly by following the river north. Does your sister walk the gorge?
Walking this new path alone was unsettling. I kept thinking this is what life will now be like. Alone in uncharted territory. I was also thinking I love nature, I'm going to the mountains.
Just saw your post on annab's thread. If you are considering letter writing you may want Wonka in on it. This is her area of expertise. She has helped many construct emails and letters.
Wonka has been adding some support to NYGal sitch. You may want to pop in there, and ask for some support. Otherwise just put an SOS out to Wonka on your own thread. Wonka has lot on sometimes, but she is pretty amazing in these instances. She will really help you nut out if a letter is the best idea, but also find the words if that is the next approach. Also Mutatio it requires you putting some pretty personal stuff out here for all of us to read. So it requires some consideration. But there is no harm it talking it through.
You may want to read some of PP's threads when Wonka was helping PP get contact time with Woofie.
Mu, I'm glad you went on a hike. I love that. Wish I could have went too. Sometimes nature can show you how small we are. And that our problems are not the end of the world. In fact, the world doesn't give a hoot.

It may feel like pursuit at the point you're at in your sitch. Wonka's the master though, if there's a way to make it not seem like pursuit, she's the one to get you there. Plus you'll learn a lot from her in the process. I didn't know what I didn't know about communication until she guided me through my own email chapter with my W.

Feels good to see you're out hiking and enjoying yourself, that's the best GAL you can do and your W will pick up on that. She can feel the pursuit in you still I would imagine. She just can. Keep expanding your horizons and the need for pursuit will start to slip away
