He certainly doesn't realize it's supposed to be an insult. A while ago, when we were seeing the therapist together (after DB, so not MC), he used the term himself. I had a hard time not laughing.
I feel like a lot of us ladies on this board could have such a fun time going out. Too bad we're spread all over the world.
