Interesting about the bank trust. Ex and I owned a piece of land in Baja, in the divorce I gave him that property, just signed a quitclaim here in the U.S. the property is/was embroiled in a title dispute and I have no idea if that was ever settled or not. I've certainly never seen or signed any Mexican paperwork except for when we bought it.
Perhaps if the title issue gets resolved and ex kicks the bucket, it will turn out that I still own it???
