dday, getting out of the muck

I have somewhat had that convoy with them all. Sometimes it doesn't seem to help. Sometimes, when we are happy go lucky, I think they forget. Or at events where we are both there, I have heard "look mom we're a family again!"

She usually doesn't respond

I guess our kids will for a very long time secretly or not so secretly hope that things will be the same again.

And I always feel so cruel when I start that same convoy with kid.

A few minutes ago, while playing Playstation, he stops and says that the most important thing in life is having family. I said, you are right buddy. I asked him if he ever talks to W and he said no. I don't think they feel safe talking to her anymore. Whenever they did talk, she blamed it on me.

My heart goes out to you. But you are leading them through it in the way they need and that is everything.

Well, I just signed. I teared up a bit. So did she. I told her that there may come a day that this isn't what she wants, she agreed. But, I told her that she knows what I want, and it's up to her if she decided to work it out.

She told me that she wants us to be happy, and that we haven't been. I told her that if she finds herself to come find me.

She said that she wants us to work together for the good of the boys. I told her that this d is exactly the opposite of the good of the boys.

Probably said too much. Doesn't matter. I spoke our of love, and from the heart. It's all on her now.

Thanks guys. I know that this changes nothing inside of me. I still want to make things work. Make them great. But, I am not going to wait on her either. Keep moving forward.

It was akward tonight. I kept my distance, but when they wanted to do pics it was weird. And when she left, she didn't acknowledge I existed. I guess I need to get used to it. Or just not be there if she is. Still svcks, but it's life now I guess
