I have another question... when at home .. how do I behave while doing the LRT.. I generally have been going into my own bedroom and doing my own thing. and then saying goodnight and going off to sleep before him. I know its beginning to worry him as he hates silent treatment .. But its also annoying him.
Generally let him control the contact, however there is nothing wrong with saying that as long as he is in contact with OW you do not want to have a relationship with him.(Boundary)
Other than that I think what you are doing is fine, get on living your life without him.
