I have another question... when at home .. how do I behave while doing the LRT.. I generally have been going into my own bedroom and doing my own thing. and then saying goodnight and going off to sleep before him. I know its beginning to worry him as he hates silent treatment .. But its also annoying him.
Me- 36 H 32 S - two weeks M 5 yrs in Feb 2 months sleeping in different rooms
